How to place an order

You will see an ADD TO BAG button on the product page - click on it to purchase the item. Then follow the instructions on screen to checkout and make payment.
We accept 3D secure payments via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or EFT/bank transfer/cash deposit into our FNB account.
Once payment is received we will pack and dispatch your order via courier for delivery (weekeends and public holidays excluded).
For credit card payments, we accept a maximum order value of R5000 - larger orders must be paid for via EFT.

All items on our website are IN STOCK at our warehouses in Jo'burg or Cape Town, ready for delivery to you.
We require 1 - 2 business days to process, prepare and pack your order. We want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
We deliver ANYWHERE in South Africa via courier to your doorstep or to your nearest post office.
Delivery normally takes 24 - 48 hours (weekends & public holidays excluded) after the package has been shipped.
You can track your package online until the moment it reaches you.
We charge a shipping and handling fee of R149 per order. Order as much as you want and only pay a single delivery fee!
Average delivery times are indicated below:
JHB and Gauteng: 1 business day
Cape Town and Western Cape: 1 - 2 business days
Durban and KZN: 1 business day
Rest of South Africa: 2 business days
Deliveries outside of main centers such as various outlying areas may take an additional day for delivery.
Collection can also be arranged free of charge in Johannesburg and Cape Town for certain high volume orders only. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to arrange a collection.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL our products.
If for ANY REASON that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of placing your order for a refund or store credit. Please note that refunds exclude delivery and bank processing fees.
